Before you travel to another country there is a list of things you should do and bring along with you because there will be a lot of new exposure in the new country that can make you sick or even die.

Things you should do before you travel:

You should go to the doctor and get all of your shots done. This includes anti-malaria, tuberculosis, hepatitis and any other vaccines that you don't have in your body. Some of the diseases in other country are tuberculosis, hepatitis and malaria that you can easily contract as people cough, or mosquito bites. It is rare for people to have these condition in America but in other country especially Asia, tuberculosis is very prevalent and malaria as well.

You should buy some medication and bring in along with you. This medication includes medication for headache, stomach ache, nausea and vomiting, anti-malaria cream, sunscreen, disinfecting hands gel, and hand wash wet paper towels. If you have a medical condition you should bring all of your medication and equipment and some extra supplies because they do not have the medication that you need in another country and it is very difficult for you to go to the hospital there because of your visiting status.

You will also need to bring extra supplies of mouth wash and tooth paste because in some Asian country they don't use toothbrush or tooth paste and it's difficult for you to find them and buy them.

You should bring eyeglasses with you because the road in foreign country is much dustier than America. You can have foreign flies attacking your eyes too. They have a lot of mosquitoes and flies in Asia.

You should bring good supply of socks and shoes because the road in other country is not cemented and can have lots of nails and hazards.
