look I work for SPRINT as a Tech, yeah when you phone isn't working right and you call customer support and they transfer you, you get me ( or about a billion others ). But yeah IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO TURN ON YOUR PHONE, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ONE. I'm so tried of talking with dumb people,
Example: if you you spilled soda on your keyboard and then like a BLEEDING IDIOT you put you keyboard in the dish washer, 1.) your dumb, i don't want to talk to you. and 2.) why the hell are you calling SPRINT to fix your keyboard!
People like this really need to be, like choked with some piano wire. If your phone does not come on, I mean no power, no lights, no NOTHING! maybe you should check to see if YOUR BATTERY IS IN THE PHONE! before you call in screaming about the service, that is probably why your getting bad service because you call in screaming like a idiot! and please, please if you don't know how to work you blue-tooth head set, STOP THROWING A THE MANUAL! SPRINT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE BLUE-TOOTH, HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW HOW TO FIX IT!
Us techs really aren't bad or mean people we just want you to think about the problem and try your best in use common sense before you call us; AND STOP SAYING THAT WERE WRONG, BECAUSE 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES WERE NOT, if I tell you "Sir you phone is off because you need to make a payment, don't say I'm lying! I CAN SEE YOUR BALANCE OF $1,522.48 RIGHT ON THE SCREEN! I'm just fed up, the money is real good working for SPRINT, but I'm really second guesting if I want to stay; I mean really why would you go out and buy a $600 and something dollar phone and NOT know what the name is? If I say "right click on the screen", please don't "literally" go a WRITE THE WORD CLICK ON YOUR SCREEN.
Why do I have to deal with people like this? but remember you have to power to stop this; people like this (and I hope one of them is reading this, that would SO MAKE MY DAY) make me want to, like scream BLOODY MARY when I get home and see a cell phone or see one of the SPRINT commercials, CANT YOU PEOPLE SEE WHAT YOUR DOING TO ME? BLAH, it's to a point that laugh, it just hurts, it hurts bad. lol = pain....it does, really; but talking about it kinda helps...until....TOMMORROW ::SCREAMS::

Post a CommentNICE RANT! I used to work (and sometimes feel as I still do) as technical support over the telephones, and I got several people I didn't want to talk to because of those reasons. We understand people being mad, but taking it out on the people doing their jobs, and being their to help you is a very bad way to vent anger. It makes us not WANT to help the customer so their experience with technical support is below average to say the least. Very few people wants to be at their jobs to begin with, and dealing with other people's anger makes it worse. But hang in there! I'm sure you have some great days, and some wonderful people every so often! I'll cheer for you!!
