If you and your spouse have a soft spot for caramel popcorn, try this easy recipe. Put a stick of margarine, ¾ cup brown sugar and 8 large marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for two and a half minutes. Remove and stir until the marshmallows are mixed in. Microwave for another 30 seconds then pour over a bag of popped popcorn.
