This is Not Fair

Harriet Steinberg
What's fair
When you don't have hair
And another guy can't even
Put a comb through his

What's fair
When you don't have brains
And another guy has so much
He doesn't know what to do with it

What's fair when you
Have all your teeth
And another guy
Doesn't have enough
To bite his meat

What's fair when you have
Enough worries to share
And another guy doesn't
Give a care

What's fair when you
Work so hard
And another guy
Is still giving out his card

If it's not fair
Let's share!!!!!!

"Life's not fair" is something my dad was always telling us as children. Sometimes we can make things more fair, but sometimes we just have to get over it!

As long as I'm the one with the teeth I'm happy!
