The time has come
For the year to change.
The days move on
Nothing stays the same.
Time passes quickly,
And as we turn around,
The hours have gone
And the minutes unwound.
With each new year,
We wonder what life will bring.
Happiness or sadness?
Will we weep or sing?
In the new year of 2010,
Let us live as if it were our last,
For we do not know what the future holds,
But we can learn from our past.
