Since so many purse tutorials are starting to pop up online, I thought I would point three awesome purse tutorials and head you in the right direction.
Easy Purse Tutorials #1: Hobo Bag Pattern
This hobo bag pattern is one of the best online purse tutorials I have come across recently. You need to be patient and be willing to spend a weekend making this one, but the results ar simply amazing!
I found this hobo bag tutorial through the U-Handbags website an simply can not say thanks enough for the link. If you love purse blogs and purse tutorials then you have to check out this hobo bag tutorial.
There are instructions, downloadable instruction, and photos, so even though it is an involved project, you should be able to get through it on your own, with a little coffee anyway!
You can find it at jcarolinecreative.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Store_Code=JC&Screen=HOBO_BAG
Easy Purse Tutorials #2: Wristlet Tutorial
Ok, a wristlet counts as a purse tutorial or purse craft to me. I found this easy to follow how to make a wristlet tutorial recently. It is slightly different than my normal version, but I really love the professional results.
Thee are tons of photos here and lots of comments to read through. It is always fun finding out that there are tons of other people just luke you making stuff out there.
Making a wristlet is a great way to break you into the art of working with zippers. I must admit one of the first times I ever sewed anything with a zipper was when I made a wristlet. It sort of takes the mystery and fear out of it!
You can find this tutorial at henriettashandbags.com.
Easy Purse Tutorials #3: Purse Frame
U handbags offers up an awesome tutorial on how to use those great metal purse frames. Whether you want to make a small purse, eye glass case, or coin purse, this one is awesome!
I really never thought I could actually make small coin purse before coming across this website and their tutorials.
