With three locations, Blossom is one of the most popular vegetarian restaurants in New York City. Upscale, modern and trendy, the restaurant serves innovative vegan dishes. For lunch, guests can enjoy ravioli in cashew cream, Phyllo Roulade (French lentils and root vegetables baked in a phyllo crust, and served over a carrot cashew cream sauce with rainbow Swiss chard and caramelized onions), Seitan Scallopini (seitan cutlets in a white wine lemon caper sauce, served with mashed potatoes and sautéed kale) and zucchini linguini. Savor potted loose tea in flavors of wild lavender, green jasmine, Assam black, rosebud or chamomile. Prices at Blossom are moderately high. Not a vegetarian and I avoid NYC at all costs. Spent a lot of time in the city when I lived in NJ. Too used to the peace and quiet of the country and the hills now.
