Three B's Lounge in Zelienople, Pennsylvania: A Restaurant Review

Ryanick Paige
Three B's Lounge in Zelienople, Pennsylvania offers a variety of dining choices. Although it is a bar, the food has never once been anything but fabulous. The atmosphere at Three B's Lounge is laid back and enjoyable. This is definitely not your typical dive bar. The place is clean and an inviting place to eat among the locals that hang out there on an almost daily basis.

The Menu at Three B's Lounge offers a variety of choices. From salads and sandwiches to hot dinners, there is something for everyone. Three B's lounge also offers a children's menu for the youngsters. My favorite at Three B's Lounge is the Buffalo Chicken Hoagie. Chicken planks slathered with Frank's Red Hot, topped with crispy French Fries, and smothers in creamy Coleslaw. A filling meal that keeps your taste buds wondering what is coming next.

Another Three B's Lounge favorite is the burgers. There is nothing average about these burgers. The Mushroom Swiss Burger is a half pound of ground chuck covered in melted Swiss and sautéed mushrooms on a hoagie bun. This burger will not only fill you up, but you will more than likely have leftovers for later. The salads at the Three B's Lounge are also another great choice. They don't serve fancy greens at the Three B's Lounge. Salads are made on a bed of ice berg lettuce. I have tried them all and would recommend them to anyone.

The Fish sandwich is another crowd pleaser at the Three B's Lounge. The battered and deep fried fish sandwich is huge. The fish is flaky and the batter is crunchy for the ultimate fish sandwich combination. Don't be surprised if you have leftovers. The Three B's fish sandwich could easily feed two.

I can praise the food at the Three B's Lounge all day. I eat here whenever I get the chance and I am never disappointed in the food. The prices are reasonable and even cheap compared to other places. You could easily feed a family of four for under $40. The service at the Three B's Lounge is the only downside to this establishment. If you sit at the bar the service is a touch on the slow side. If you sit at a table, be prepared to wait. The bartender covers both the bar and the tables on a regular basis so the service can leave quite a bit to be desired.

Yum! I could use a Buffalo Chicken Hoagie or Mushroom Swiss Burger from Three B's about now. Great review. If I ever get up to PA, we'll have to meet there for lunch. I don't mind waiting for service :-)
