Mickey Finn's is a great local, neighborhood bar. Hours are 9 a.m. until 2 a.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. During football season, Mickey Finn's opens at 9 a.m. when Iowa or Iowa State kick off early morning. Free food is often served on Saturday and Sunday during the games.
Mickey Finn's claim to fame include a great fake Blarney Stone and a women's bathroom which might even be considered "posh" by Des Moines' bar standards.
The Scooby Snack and Captain Smoothy are two featured drinks at Mickey Finn's. Drink prices are mid-range and you'll find whatever you wish to suit your needs.

Foods include appetizers and snacks. Special features of Micky Finn's include the happy hour, jukebox and karaoke.
