Three MLB MySpace Layouts and Graphic Sites

Each Features a Great Selection for My Favorite Team - the Yankees

At 4:05pm EST on Sunday, April, 5, 2009, the Dodgers and the Giants will begin the first MLB game of the season. While all baseball fans will not be watching that game with baited breath, we will most assuredly be excited when our own favorite teams and players step up to the plate. Like most fans I like to display my team loyalty. There are baseball caps, t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, socks, and gloves for me to parade around in to let the world know I'm a New York Yankees fan.

My question is: "Why stop there?" I connect with far more people on-line now than I connect with in my day to day commuting and work life. There has to be a way to let the world know I'm a Yankee's fan, right? Well, luckily, the answer is a resounding "Yes!". MLB MySpace layouts abound on the internet, and more than one site has awesome layouts for me to brand my member profile with. This article features three sites that are the crème de la crème of New York Yankees baseball MySpace graphics and layouts.

CoolChaser.us is a website that features layouts for MySpace, Hi5, My Year Book and Yuwie! The site is very well organized. Categories are conveniently located on the left side of the web page and they cover topics from Abstract to Video Games. Three tabs at the top separate layouts, tweaks, and graphics. The search function on this site works great and with a quick type-in of the word "Yankees" I was treated to twelve different layouts and four themes. My favorite layout is a black and white shot of a jersey with baseball equipment in the foreground. Other layouts include a New York Yankees plastic beer cup in the foreground overlooking Yankee Stadium, a selection of balls emblazoned with the Yankees logo and top hat, and still more that prominently feature the team initials. The four themes featured on the page are all quite sleek! The CoolChaser.us New York Yankees Layout and Theme Page.

MyFunGraphics.com is a web-site that specializes in graphics. It contains a wide variety of headings and subheadings that are all readily accessible on the left hand side of the page. This site has a lot of text ads from Google as well as several banner ads that seem to be shown randomly. The text ads are not obtrusive, but the banner ads can be if you happen to get the right set of them. They are bearable though, as this site has some really great New York Yankee baseball graphics to add to your MySpace toolbox. The pictures range from a lovely shot of Yankee stadium to a classic photograph of Babe Ruth. The MyFunGraphics.com New York Yankees Graphics Page.

MySpacePimper.com is a great web-site for searching out baseball layouts on MySpace. I thought that the actual homepage was a little generic, but the search function presented in the upper right hand side of the page directed me right to a page of Yankees layouts. I was immediately impressed that the first layout I saw was created "for the ladies. Of the other three Yankees layouts presented, three of them are quite classy looking and go beyond the basic team logo or team initial set-up. Three graphics are also presented on this page, but one of them rotates with the phrase "2005 is ours," so it would be a bit dated. The MySpacePimper.com New York Yankees Layout and Graphics Page.

Each of these three web-sites features some of the best baseball MySpace graphics and layouts available on the world wide web. Each site is organized well and the layouts are easily accessible, and the html code to copy and paste into MySpace is clearly visible and ready to use. When the first home run is hit this year at Yankee stadium, I can bask in the comfort of knowing my team is featured on my MySpace home page!
