Three of Portland's Best Coffee Shops
A Nice Blend of Coffee and a Great Pastry is Always a Good Thing to Find in Any Town
Copper's Coffee
6049 S.E Stark Street
Portland, Oregon
Cooper's Coffee is one of my family's best haunts for a great cup of coffee and a delicious piece of Strawberry/Rhubarb Pie or Quiche. We met the owner Mike several years ago at his original location and have visited Cooper's new location on SE. Stark for many years, Mike always makes us feel at home at Cooper's Coffee and he always remembers our names. Food and coffee get a 10 on our scale of great foods and drinks and as for Mike and his employees they rate a 10 also. One of Portland's historical firehouses is the home of Cooper's Coffee and the décor is comfortable and makes the customers spend hours enjoying the ambience of the place.
World Cup Coffee & Tea
1005 West Burnside
Portland, Oregon
World Cup Coffee & Tea is located in Powell's Books and well since Powell's is one of Portland's most interesting and favorite book stores World Cup Coffee & Tea is the place to grab a cup of Joe. Take your book with you and enjoy reading a few chapters and if you need wi-fi World Cup at Powell's Books is the place to sit and surf the net or get your work done while enjoying one of Portland's great coffee and book stores all in one.
Poppa's Haven Coffee House
800a N.W Murray Blvd.
Portland, Oregon
Poppa's Haven Coffee House just opened its doors on March 20-21 for their grand opening. Serving one of Oregon's finest organic coffees, known as the best because of Sleepy Monk Coffee who does the roasting. Not yet completely off the ground you can visit their website soon for employee photos and more information on their start up story and this delicious organically grown and roasted coffee. I have to say it is a great cup of coffee.
Portland is also home of hundreds of coffee houses and most serve a good cup of coffee. My family enjoys a good full and rich blend with cream and sugar and these three coffee shops fulfill our need for that rich smell and great company.
