Your body needs to constantly be digesting for a frequent bowel-movement. A daily active routine helps a proper digestion. This puts your body out of starvation-mode, gets your body circulating and moving. The body does not digest food when you're sleeping but stores it, so start your day waking up early in the morning and going to sleep late at night. Have a variety of activities throughout the day, such as exercise and shopping. Eat proper nutritious-meals throughout the day regularly at same times for each breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This makes it easy on your digestion and familiarizes the body when active bowel-movements should occur. When going to the toilet, it needs to be consistent for regular bowel-movements. It should be done in the morning, in the day, and in the evening. Whether at work or in other public places, do not be embarrassed to follow-up on bowel-movement routines, if so, it will upset and prolong digestion activities that can leave you irregular for the remainder of day or upcoming-week.
Foods and ingredients you must avoid
Everyone reacts differently to certain foods which should be considered, but there are some everyday common foods and ingredients that are known to discourage regular bowel-movements activities. Avoid foods with stabilizers. The most common stabilizers ingredients in foods are pectin, gelatins. It can be harder for your body to digest prolonging the recommended bowel-movements for the day. Avoid preservatives in foods. Common preservatives are nitrites, sulfites. Preservatives can be anti microbial, meaning it will inhibit the good-bacteria and anti-oxidants that are vital for your daily bowel-movements. Avoid deep-fried foods. When eating fatting-foods, the body is programmed to store it; all forms of fats. It will turn your body in starvation-mode, and therefore, the body takes more time releasing nutrients into consumable-energy, prolonging the digestion and bowel-movements. Be watchful of all additives and unknown ingredients in foods. If it is not recognized by the body it will be harder on digestion and bowel-movements.
Foods and ingredients which are more than helpful
All fibrous-foods such as whole-wheat and vegetables will get your bowel-movements active when eaten regularly. They are full of soluble energy that is used upon digestion. Foods with probiotics ingredients such as yogurt, cheese help with digestion and regular bowel-movements. It will distill good-bacterial in your stomach keeping it active and constantly-moving.
