Begin your day with a shower of hot, then cold water. To start your body's natural thermostat, take a normal, warm shower. Then, before stepping out of the tub, turn the water setting as cold as it will go, and allow the water to run over your body for 20 seconds. The cool water causes the body to internally heat itself up. This added heat assists in fat burning at an increasing rate for hours after standing in the shower. This is a very easy task that can be done daily to increase weight loss.
Spin in a circle! You heard right. Sometimes its hard to lose weight even if you are eating a proper diet and exercising regularly. This may be due to your hormones, and spinning in a circle for a few seconds 3-4 times a day will help get your hormones in sync.
Rub that belly. This does two great things for weight loss. First, it helps regulate the digestive tract. The rubbing helps settle the organs of your digestive system, allowing them to easily remove the nutrients from foods and send the wastes out of the body. Second, it can zap the fat deposits in your body. After eating, rub your hands together to make them warm. Rubbing a warm hand around your belly button will send the heat through your skin, and it will attack the fat deposits.
