How about a No Bake Banana Split Cake?
This recipe uses a graham cracker base. If you don't want a lot of leftovers you might consider making this no bake banana split cake in a graham cracker pie crust instead.
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 pound butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
4 bananas, sliced
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
12 ounces crushed peanuts

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a 9x13 inch cake pan; Chill. Beat cream cheese and confectioner sugar together and spread over the crust. Layer the bananas and pineapple over cream cheese and cover with whipped topping. Top with cherries and chopped nuts; refrigerate and serve chilled.

Another option is a Frozen Banana Split cake.
24 Cookies, coarsely crushed
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup each: sliced strawberries and bananas
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
You can change the taste of your banana split cake on this one by changing cookie type. Choices may include chocolate chip, Oreo type, or oatmeal raisin
Save 1/2 cup of the crushed cookies for later. Mix remaining crushed cookies with the butter and press onto bottom of 8 inch pan or pie tin lined with foil-lined. Top with strawberries and banana. Put softened ice cream over the fruit and cover with rest of the cookies. Freeze for a minimum of four hours but overnight is better. Cut into 16 squares to serve. Keep in freezer.

Make a Banana Split Cake for a crowd or in individual servings.
This recipe is a good choice if you want to make individual banana split cakes. Instead of preparing the crust as follows, buy the individual graham crumb crusts and proceed with the filling.
2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 Stick margarine; melted
1 small Instant vanilla pudding; prepared
1 small can Crushed pineapple; drained well
2 To 3 bananas; sliced
8 oz Cool Whip; thawed
1 c Coconut
