Weight loss has become some form of art and now we are all trying to find the best way to creatively lose weight. I have been overweight and I hated to exercise. I also did not have time to go to the gym. But I found a quick weight loss trick that worked for me. Walking. I found walking to be more welcoming,easy to start and easy to stick with.

Here are three quick weight loss tips related particularly to walking that will make it top the charts as one of the best way to lose weight.

The first thing is to always walk on an empty stomach. I know some people will dispute this, but it works. Get up in the morning and haul your body out of the door before eating anything. Walk around the block for thirty minutes and come back home, drink a glass of water and stay for one more hour before eating. This way you make your body burn the stored calories to supply you with energy and thus reduce the stored fat volume.

Secondly make sure you have a brisk walk. Strolling is left for the happy,healthy souls. If you are trying to lose weight and walking is your best alternative, then make it work for you. Have a brisk walk, walk fast almost like you are running, rest with small intervals of strolls but make sure you try to sweat it out. In addition if you use a machine like a treadmill for your walking then put it on an incline slope to get maximum effect. It will be harder the first time but you stick with it and you will not regret.

The other reason that makes walking on of the best way to lose weight is that, it is easy to stick with it. If you are the giving up type,(like me) then walking is your best friend. This is because walking can be classified as a way to see nature and relieve stress. Walking can also be a time to listen to music or some inspirational word.

This is a good way to exercise all year round and since waking is not hard on the joints and muscles, it means you can stick with the plan. If you also think about it as a time for you, a time to meditate and be thankful you will love the experience.

With the above reasons I give walking a five start rating as one of the best ways to lose weight. Therefore go grab some nice walking shoes and get outside everyday, it is easy, cheap and healthy.
