Through the eyes of a child
comes the innocence of wonder.
They see things for what they are
in the very moment they experience them.
There is simplicity in their lives,
no worries of any kind.
They are trusting and vulnerable
to the outside world.
There is no actual thinking
they just act upon the moment.
There is no weighing out the good
from the bad..
They just say what they feel
and what they say they think is true.
It's important that we take the time to listen.
If we guide them they will follow then lead.
If we don't they will be lost.
