Thy Word
Thy Word is a lamplight to my soul;
A written testimony;
Of Your precious love for me;
Sweet inspiration flows;
From the verses written there;
A roadmap leading me;
To live eternally with You;
Thy Word is a library of peace;
Keeping me at ease;
In this chaotic world;
Just reading all the things;
That my Savior said;
Opens up my soul;
Like a blooming rose;
Thy Word is so holy;
Wherever it is proclaimed;
A life will soon be changed;
And countless souls are saved;
Oh, how I love to read;
The words written in red;
And sing Your praise in psalms;
Thy word is a blueprint;
On how to live a holy life;
A sermon of hope;
A prayer of peace;
Inspired from above;
And a beautiful love letter;
Written just for me
