Demons - They are almost as powerful as the almighty Juggernauts, but lack the hit points. They can use such powerful spells like, Fire Field and Fire Bomb, as well as summon Fire Elementals to assist in their rampage. Demons can also heal themselves and drain mana off a foe making them more then a formidable match for any seasoned veteran in the game.

Demon Skeletons - These creatures are a more malicious form of the minor enemy known only as skeleton. Demon Skeletons are known for their high amount of hit points and massive physical damage. Demon Skeletons can cause even the most hardened play a troublesome amount of damage if they get the chance. These creatures will easily kill most new and intermediate players who unfortunately encounter such misfortune.

Fire Elementals - These creatures are complied of pure fire energy. They have a decent amount of health, and don't do much physical damage. What makes a Fire Elemental so dangerous and deadly is the fact that its magic attacks are so powerful. They use fire bombs as a primary long range attack, and have also been known to use fire fields. These attacks can cause an incredible amount of damage and kill almost anyone who attacks these creatures before they even have a chance to move.

Dragon Lords - More powerful then the regular dragons, Dragon Lords will scare almost any mid level or lower character in the game. These powerful creatures use the basic attacks of a regular dragon, but to much more effect. They have more hit points and are stronger in every aspect when compared to a regular dragon.

Hydra - Creatures with a lot of health and the innate ability to heal for incredible amounts. This combined with its powerful hot water attacks and strong melee abilities make the Hydra a force to be reckoned with. These creatures usually live near water in the warmer regions of Tibia, and are responsible for the death of many unwary travelers.

Blightwalkers - Minions of Demons these creatures bring about death wherever they roam. Usually they are only found in the most desolate areas in the game, but have been known to wander around the far regions of the island. Blightwalkers are the incarnation of death and decay, and so their attacks will reflect these attributes. They have an impressive amount of hit points, with 8900 and will cause a lot of damage to anyone unprepared to face them in battle.

The strength in the Undead Dragon comes from its powerful melee attacks that can kill an opponent in only one hit. Adventurers should always consider the presence and power these creatures hold.

Rats or Cave Rats - These creatures are not strong, but account for a lot of the deaths in Tibia each day. Rats are actually the weakest monster in the game, but when a new player at level 1 or 2 is attacked by two or more of these creatures it can spell certain death early in their life. For a new player rats can be the biggest killer in the game.

Humans or other players - Yes the most deadly creature in all the word of Tibia is none other than mankind itself. More people are killed in this game because of other players then almost every other death combined. Humans can use a variety of spells and weapons and are tagged with a white skull above their head when they attack another player. The most deadly humans in the game are the higher level sorcerers. These players can use sudden death runes to inflict up to 800 or more damage to an opponent, and have the most powerful spells in the game.
