Non-FONZ Members Can Buy Tickets Starting September 3
Boo at the Zoo dates for 2009
The National Zoo's Boo at the Zoo dates this year are October 23, 24 and 25. Last year's Boo at the Zoo event ran for four days whereas this year there are only three nights to enjoy this fun Halloween event. Boo at the Zoo begins at 5:30 P.M., ends at 8:30 P.M. and is geared toward children 12 and under.
This year's Boo at the Zoo will have 40 treat stations for children to visit dressed in their Halloween costumes. Parents are also welcome to dress up for Halloween fun at the National Zoo.
How do you get tickets for the National Zoo's Boo at the Zoo?
FONZ members are able to purchase tickets for Boo at the Zoo now, whereas non-FONZ members must wait until September 3 to purchase tickets. FONZ members may purchase up to 6 tickets for the event at special member pricing of $15 per ticket. Non-FONZ member ticket price is $25 per ticket.

Sounds like one of those things that could be a wonderful thing to enjoy or could go horribly wrong, all those kids, crazy scary costumes, wild animals and candy :) Excellent article.
