Tiger Woods Affair? Wife Has Two Stories About the Golf Club, Says TMZ

TMZ reported Saturday that Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods' wife, has presented two stories to two different sets of law enforcement officials in Florida with regard to the goings-on surrounding Tiger Woods car accident at roughly 2 o'clock Friday morning. The Tiger Woods car accident story keeps getting a little more detailed and a little more intriguing with each passing storyline. And as each detail presents itself, the story looks to be catching up with the rumors about an affair with Rachel Uchitel that are being circulated on Twitter and on online blogs.

What is known is that Tiger Woods, while attempting to leave his home in Orlando early Friday morning, somehow became distracted and hit a fire hydrant and a tree in a neighbor's yard. It was reported that Tiger Woods was found in the street with his wife standing over him with a golf club. TMZ reported that Elin Nordegren told Windermere Police that she had used the golf club to break open the SUV window to help get a dazed Tiger Woods out of the crashed car. TMZ also learned that Elin Nordegren's story to the Florida Highway Patrol has been a somewhat different story.

TMZ is reporting that their source at the Florida Highway Patrol would only allow them to say that Elin Nordegren did not go back to the house to retrieve a club to knock out the SUV's window. Woods wife told the Windermere Police that she had got the golf club to help get her husband out of the vehicle.

And then there is the matter of Tiger Woods' facial lacerations without there being blood on the steering wheel of the crashed car.

TMZ had earlier reported that a source had informed them that Tiger Woods had had a heated altercation with his wife over reports that he was having an affair. After she attacked him, he left, but she followed him with the golf club. He was distracted (possibly by the golf-wielding blonde whacking his SUV?) and hit the hydrant and tree.

It is unclear why there are two separate stories, save that Elin Nordegren may be worried about assault charges.

But what about why Woods' wife allegedly went ballistic? Is it true that Tiger Woods is cheating on his wife? Was the confrontation over suspicions or over the reports in the National Enquirer that Rachel Uchitel is Tiger Woods' other woman? Did Elin Nordegren catch Tiger Woods trying to sneak out at 2 a.m.? Or was there more to the Rachel Uchitel story? Could it have been something or someone else?

Elin Nordegren refused to talk with investigators when they returned to her home for questioning Saturday afternoon.

    Hey,why everyone including the tmz and all those stupid paparazzy all trying to get to someone's private life. Cheating is a guy thing,I have cheated and I guarantee i would do it again. Why? cuz I wish I wouldnt, but im human,its encrypted in our DNA code, mistakes are to be made. Leave Tiger the F alone and go find away to pay ur bills and take care of ur own damn biz.

    Although I have no clue whether or not she assaulted him or not with a golf club or any other blunt weapon...

    I can tell those of you asking why she would save him, that it may be so that he can live in guilt for what he (allegedly) did.

    Tiger Woods is a Wanna-be-white fool. I believe that he beat his wife up once she found out about the affair, then tried to leave the house. She in turn, smashed the back window in return. The State Highway Patrol should know that this was domestic violence on Tiger's part. He is a wife beater, and the prostitue wife of his just did what every scorned woman would do. That is why Tiger is hiding from the cops, hoping that the scratches on his face and that busted lips will heal before we the people see it. I am loving the take down of that phoney Uncle Tom, Tiger.

    Tiger Woods should stick to his race when it comes to women. His wife looks like a hooker to me, and so does this Rachel Uchitel-his mistress. How many times have these white w h o r e s lurched into rich men for their money, then turn around and destroy them? A swis model? I do not know of any fashion shows in Sweden. Go get 'em National Enquirer and TMZ. His is another dumb black guy falling for a white s l u t.

    Tiger Woods out at 2:30 in the morning? Tiger Woods is just like everybody else. He had an arguement with his wife and he wanted to get out of the house to take deep breath and relax. And i guess his wife was so mad she smashed his window. There is no reason to smash the back window when he is sitting in the drivers seat and the airbag didnt even go off. She probably was mad at him leaving so she reacted by smashing his window with a golf club. Tiger Woods is not stupid, he would not cheat on his wife that is the love of his life and the mother of his kids. I think she over reacted about the rumor off the affair. Tiger Woods was distracted by his angry wife smashing his back window while he was pulling out of his drive way and it caused him to hit a fire hydrant and a tree.
