Tiger Woods Divorce as Elin Nordegren Betters Self, Rachel Uchitel Thwarted from Playboy

Tiger Woods' divorce brought Elin Nordegren and Rachel Uchitel front and center in one of the largest scandals of our modern day. Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren were the quintessential couple - loving, devoted with two small and beautiful children. However, their perfect life came shattering down after an affair between Uchitel and Tiger surfaced.

Tiger's Black Friday car crash brought forth a storm of multiple mistresses, allegations, interviews, and lots of press for the golfer who is notorious for demanding privacy. Still yet, there stood at least one person that could gain something no matter what from the deal and that was Rachel Uchitel.

As the "OM" or Original Mistress, she would win no matter what. Either Tiger would pay her millions to stay quiet, or the press would pay her millions to tell her story. Out of all the people in the situation, she's the one who came out on top.

And then there were rumors of a topless Playboy shoot planned, which would list Tiger's name with the mistress's photos. Of course such a shoot would be a bankroll for Playboy, who's on a roll so far this year releasing great photos. However, reports are surfacing that it is Tiger who thwarted the shoot, threatening to backtrack on the multimillion dollar settlement should Uchitel pose for Playboy.

Uchitel would have received about $300,000 from the magazine - no small bounty to say the least. Still yet, I cannot even begin to imagine how much her settlement with Tiger Wood was.

Do the math - this woman gave up the right to earn ANY money by telling her story. Can you imagine just how much a book deal would be alone? Not to mention magazine appearance, photographs, talk show appearances, and more. She gave up millions and millions of dollars. That tells me she received a boat load from Tiger Woods.

Elin Nordegren is reportedly bettering herself by becoming a psychologist. She wants to help "poor people" through troubling times - which is a noble cause in and of itself.

Tiger Woods has struggled to keep up in Golf. He's avoided the tops of the leaderboards at several key tournaments, much to the chagrin of his fans. Tiger Woods divorce, Elin Nordegren, and Rachel Uchitel will remain in the spotlight for a while - or at least until Tiger gets his game back and we can focus on his success.
