Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren Finalize Divorce and Settlement of $750 Million Dollars

MSNBC, Fox News and the UK's The Sun are reporting that Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren have quietly settled their divorce, and that the only thing the couple needs to do is file the divorce papers with the Orange County Florida Court.

According to several inside sources close to the couple Tiger and Elin tried for months to put their marriage back together for their children, but for the past 4 months neither has really spoken to the other and they finally got to the point where going their separate ways was the better option.

As part of the divorce agreement Elin stands to receive the largest payout in a celebrity divorce ever. The payout would be $750 million dollars, but it comes with conditions on both sides.

On Elin's side her conditions include:

Tiger may not bring any other females around their children, unless he marries another woman.
Elin can never publicly speak about his various mistresses.
Elin gets full custody of the kids but they share legal custody.

The last agreement ensures Tiger still has control over what his children do and when he see's them.

On Tiger's side his conditions include:

Elin can not take the children and relocate to her native Sweden without Tiger's permission.
Elin can never sell her story about her life with Tiger, the mistresses, what she may have known or their divorce. This includes TV, book or movie deals, even after Tiger dies, or she looses all the money.
Elin can not make unreasonable demands on Tiger or play games with him seeing the children.

Elin's lawyers said she ended up receiving double what she had originally asked for after her lawyers were able to determine the golf megastar was worth over $1 billion dollars. Lawyers reportedly spent months digging through all of Tiger Woods financial papers and found offshore accounts Elin never knew about.

Tiger Woods' infidelities became infamous tabloid news after he crashed his car outside of his Windermere, Florida home on Thanksgiving last year. Since that time a dozen different women have come forward to say they had an affair with Tiger Woods, many before he married Elin Nordegren and several up to the day he had his accident. The most famous mistresses include Joslyn James, Loredana Joli, Cori Rist and Rachel Uchitel.
