Tiger Woods interview, the first one since he leaving the public arena four months ago, was unrehearsed and the questions were not given to him in advance. ESPN assures the viewers that Tiger Woods heard the questions for the first time, just as the audience did.

Tiger Woods interviewed went back to the time his world collapsed on Thanksgiving night when he hit a tree in front of his home. Although he refused, nicely, to talk about the accident saying the night of Thanksgiving is between Elin and himself.

Tiger Woods describes the "depth of his infidelity" by saying, "just once is enough and obviously this is not the case here."

Tiger Woods said that the 45 days in-patient and on going out-patient therapy made him look at himself and what he saw he did not like. He had become a person he never thought he would be.

"I was living a life of a lie" he told the ESPN interviewer. "Stripping away denial and rationalization" is what he has done in therapy to see the extent of what he had done, Tiger reports.

Tiger used the coined term: "Stripping away denial and rationalization", a few times during the interview, which is something he probably heard often by his counselors during his treatment.
Tiger Woods was asked what was his low point, and after saying he had quite a few during the last four months he finally said it was "having to tell his wife and mother the extent of what he had done". He said Elin was very hurt and angry, which she had every right to be.

When asked - After all that you have done, why did you get married? He jumped, with emotion and said "because I loved her with all my heart". He said that he loves Elin very much.

Glenn Greenspan, a spokesperson for the Tiger Woods camp, was the only person that Tiger bought with him to the interview. The ESPN commentator said that most people would have expected him to come surrounded by people, which he did not.

Tiger Woods was composed and much less confident then we have seen him in the past. Tiger Woods did say that he did what he did because he felt entitled, which is not the way his parents raised him.
