Tiger Woods Lost My Respect

I recently watched an interview on YouTube with golfing legend Tiger Woods. The interviewer asks Tiger "Detroit or Pittsburgh tonight in the Stanley Cup" Tiger responds by laughing and says "That's pretty good" then TSN (The network that hosted this interview) flashed to the next scene then Tiger says "I really don't think anybody watches hockey anymore". Right after they showed that interview they flashed to a panel of sports analysts and one of them says " We're gonna change his name now to Tiger Wuss; Here's a guy that took three months to get over a simple arthroscopic, keep your yap shut Tiger"

I think that the commentators are exactly right, I don't think Tiger has any room to go out and dispel hockey in any way, shape, or form. I was really never a Tiger guy, I've always liked Phil Mickelson. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand that Tiger Woods is, no doubt, the greatest golfer in the world. I golf a lot myself (about once every 3 weeks) and I also play hockey often (about 2-3 times weekly). Both of them are very challenging sports, but overall you have to be an athlete to play hockey. Look at John Daly, do you think he could hang around the likes of an Alexander Ovechkin, Anze Kopitar, or Zach Parise? I don't think so. As a matter of fact I don't think Woods could either.

Don't give me any of that black guys can't play hockey. Rookie phenom Evander Kane is mixed. Kings forward Wayne Simmonds has 8 goals this year so far and is black. Mike Grier, former 20 goal scorer, is black. One of the leagues top talents Jarome Iginla is mixed. So it's not a matter of race but rather a matter of athleticism. And if it takes you 3 months to get from an arthroscopic knee surgery in golf that isn't an athlete in my opinion. People run marathons 4 or 5 weeks after getting arthroscopic knee surgery. Tiger, in my opinion, is a wuss.

I don't see why Tiger Woods has to apolige to any one other than his wife and children. Other than that it's no ones bussiness. That fact has nothing to do with golf. He has done no more than hundreds of men, it's just that he was in the line light. As far as women wanting to give interviews, well, they are only after getting their names in the news and money.

I've lost all respect for Tiger. From now on, I will root for whoever plays Tiger.
