Tiger Woods' Mistresses Do Not Deserve Apologies from the Golfer

Why Do You Want an Apology for Committing Adultery?

Karan Moses Robinson
Ever notice how people who have affairs with married people n the public arena look so much better before they open their mouths?

Of course if the married person, Tiger Woods, for instance, hadn't had affairs with multitudes of women, there wouldn't be anything for them to say. No doubt Woods is sick and tired of the negative publicity, but that's what happens when you thrust yourself into the public arena.

Along with the good, such as being an international golf star and winning the Masters Tournament at age 21, comes the bad, including the lack of privacy and having every area of your life scrutinized on a daily basis.

Woods Apologizes for Sexual Affairs

Woods' apologized to many people in February for his indiscretions, including his wife, mother, fans, sponsors, colleagues, and even reporters. He read the 13 minute televised statement before a limited group of 40 people, including his mother. Notably absent, was wife Elin Nordegren.

Playboy Model Loredana Jolie Ferriolo Wants Apology, Too

Some of Woods' mistresses thought they too deserved an apology, and for the life of me, I can't understand why. According to a Fox Sports Report, Playboy model Loredana Jolie Ferriolo, mistress number 10, said "the girls" deserved apologies because "he was responsible for dragging their names through the mud."

Excuse me, Ms. Ferriolo and the rest of you "girls", but when you got involved with Woods, you were dallying with another woman's husband and if your name is besmirched, you had something to do with that.

Elin is the only woman who deserved an apology from Woods, and you actually owe her one.

I wouldn't advise you to tell Elin you're sorry, though, because that would be condescending, and probably a lie. And why throw more trash upon the heap?

And Joslyn James...

Porn star Joslyn James, who just happened to perform at a men's club in Charlotte, NC in April at the same time Woods played in the Quail Hollow Golf Tournament there, said she "would be open to a telephone apology from Tiger."

Oh, dear, that's ironic, considering the role the telephone played in this debacle in the first place. Wasn't there something about the prurient text messages Woods sent to mistress Jaimee Grubbs? And how he called Grubbs and implored her to remove her name from her phone because Elin was suspicious and might be calling?

And you want him to call you on the phone to apologize? Do you plan on doing some heavy breathing to get what you want? Whatever that is.

Woods To Blame, Too

This is not to let Woods' off the hook--he was arrogant and narcissistic, thinking only of himself and his own desires. He wasn't thinking of his family when he had these multiple encounters and affairs, and he probably wasn't thinking of any one of you. If he had been, he wouldn't have wanted so many of you.

But you deserve an apology?

For what?

I agree with you, Karan. Elin deserved the apology, not her husband's mistresses.
