Tiger Woods Needs Prayer

Amanda Kidd
This Tiger is more widespread than the renowned "Tony the Tiger" on Frosted Flakes. He's been exposed and now ridiculed for his sexual addiction and the many mistresses that have surfaced. Half the world is appalled at his conduct because he's a professional athlete. Are you serious people? Tiger is human, he's not perfect, neither are we, so get over because there are more (us). We are privileged that our personal lives aren't today's news. In fact, how would you feel if your worst sins were broadcast across the airwaves, in every newspaper, including worldwide persecution? Would you laugh then? Would your inquiring mind want to read about you? We the people can be so blood thirsty when the light shines on others. But my friend God truly doesn't like ugly, because while you are enjoying someone's misfortunes the good Lord says, "Do not gloat when people fall and do not let your heart rejoice because the Lord will see and disapprove and turn his wrath away from him."

This world's priorities are ludicrous to pay these athletes millions to bounce, throw, kick, or hit balls with a club, when there are poverty stricken communities and countries. Society treats them as if they're royalty, then when their personalities emerge, you're outraged. Millions of dollars does not rebirth these people into cheaters, liars, adulterers, or worse. It was their spirit before fame. There are millions, rich or poor, who need to seek sex therapy, so why persecute Mr. Woods? These females should be embarrassed and feel second rate, not parading around claiming Tiger's love for them. Love is faithful, love is sincere, love is kind, but love is not sexing 12 mistresses with a wife and children at home. Tiger loves sex, sex sex. Tiger Woods needs prayer, firstly, as a child of God, husband, father, and citizen, and for those who simply recognize him as a golfer, remember he's a human being first. Put your faith and trust into the Lord and you'll never be disappointed, because He's the only one who is truly great.

It is time for Tiger Woods to break his silence, make a public statement admitting his addiction or issues and move on with his life. Tiger needs to publicly say that he is committed to his rehab, his family and his career. Tiger's statement will shut up all those out there attacking him. I think that if Tiger does this, people will understand and forgive him, because we all want him and his family to do well.
