Did a Fight Over an Affair Cause the Tiger Wood's Accident?

Did Tiger Woods cheat on his wife Elin Nordegren Woods? The Enquirer reports that Tiger has been having an affair with New Yorker Rachel Uchitel since June of 2009.

And now, just days after the media started to cover the tale of possible infidelity, Tiger Woods has been involved in a mysterious car crash in the wee morning hours after Thanksgiving. Did Tiger and Elin have a ferocious fight about the rumors of infidelity? It will take time for all of the facts of this story to come out to the public.

The Enquirer claims that Rachel Uchitel was in Australia at the same time Tiger Woods was there to play in the Australian Masters. A reporter for the Enquirer states that he/she "witnessed her in the hotel" (where Tiger Woods was staying.)

The Enquirer is often not a reliable news source. However, they did break the news of John Edward's affair. They seem to place reporters on high-profile men suspected of cheating so their every move is tracked.

For now the Tiger Wood's affair is only alleged. There is not any substantial proof released yet that the affair is a known fact. If indeed an affair was ongoing, there will likely be much evidence on phones, computers, and bank statements.

TMZ is reporting that Tiger Wood's wife, Elin, was the cause of his facial injuries and that their fight led him to crash his Cadillac SUV into a fire hydrant. TMZ states that according to law enforcement sources, Elin Woods did not stick with the original story she told the first responder who arrived at the scene of the accident. At that time she notified the first responder that she and Tiger had a fight. Then later she said she simply ran outside when she heard the crash.

TMZ reports that in a discussion with a friend Tiger Woods said his wife scratched his face over a fight over issues of infidelity. Woods was attempting to leave the property in his vehicle when Elin Woods struck his vehicle with a golf club according to TMZ. According to TMZ, blood was not present on the steering wheel of Tiger's SUV; thus it seems that the injuries to Tiger's face may have occurred before he entered his vehicle.

For now the true facts are unknown. Tiger Woods has not yet given a detailed statement to the police. He has been released from the hospital and is resting at home.

The police are expected to soon release the 911 tapes from the accident according to ESPN. ESPN reports that Woods was unconscious for around six minutes after the impact of the accident.

Tiger and Elin have two young children. Let's hope the rumors of an affair are false. Tiger is a much admired sports star. Let's hope his squeaky clean image survives this incident and that his family goes on to have a normal and happy life.

He may be afraid to press charges. His wife could take his kids away from him, back to The Netherlands or elsewhere.

Tiger should tell the truth and put her in jail. This is show cause for how men are abused by women in AMERICA.

OK...we had MJ this summer, Palin in the fall and now Tiger/Elin/NY bimbo porn-bot --how's your 401K/healthcare/kids tuition/job?

If Tiger tries to shelter his wife in any way, his career is over. No-one will touch anyone with a sniff of guilt of DV hanging over him, and right now police will be crawling all over him trying to pin the blame entirely on him. A single bruise on his wife buys her a pass.

If he doesn't know this, he's finished.

She's got to admit, face charges and take an anger management class.

    I hope it's not true.
