Tiger Woods will try to make a comeback from his sex scandal that involved Rachel Uchitel and other alleged women when he returns to the PGA tour on April 10 at Augusta National Golf Club. The practice rounds at Augusta for the Master's tournament kick off Monday and will continue until Wednesday. On Thursday, the first round of competitive play kicks off and it will continue into the weekend.

Their are four major championships in professional golf. The Masters is the first of these championships, taking place during the first week of April. Tiger Woods will look to capitalize on his past success at the Augusta National Golf Club and is making every attempt to get the media focus only on his golf play, and away from his family and personal life.

You will be able to catch the first two rounds of the tournament on ESPN, with the remaining rounds airing on CBS. The Masters Tournament will feature the return of Tiger Woods competing against some of the best golfers in the world. There is bound to be a several score of photographers that will follow Tiger and his partner as they make there way through the course over the weekend.

According to his schedule on tigerwoods.com, this is the only PGA event that Tiger has scheduled himself to play in. The question remains as to whether he will make more appearances on the tour in the coming weeks. Their is a good chance that Tiger will make entries into future event no matter how he performs at the Masters Tournament. Tiger has a strong history at Augusta, winning the event 4 times. The only player to win more Master's Tournament is Jack Nicklaus, with 6 wins. Augusta is the place where Tiger one his first major tournament, and it will be a new start for his career if he can get the win in this year's event.

Tiger Wood's goal is to get the media hounds at bay by having a strong outing. If he can come away with a strong outing, and get his athletic career back on track then he will be able to take his sex scandal out of the public eye. There is some risk in going back out in public for Tiger. If he fails in his quest to return to the top of the golf game, then paparazzi will be on the lookout for a further slide in his personal life.
