Tiger Woods Vanity Fair Cover: Daunting Tiger Woods Cover Shot Has Internet Abuzz

The Tiger Woods cover picture on Vanity Fair magazine certainly has the internet abuzz and searches are multiplying faster than the number of Tiger affairs added up. But just take a look at the cover of Vanity Fair here, and you will see why this picture has everyone talking about Tiger Woods.

It's shocking as you see for the first time the picture of Tiger Woods on Vanity Fair's cover. Tiger does not look like the conservative best-in-the-world golfer that we have always seen him to be in the past. Tiger is shirtless in the photo. Having searched throughout many internet sites I cannot find another shirtless Tiger picture. And there are thousands of pictures of Tiger Woods on the internet.

But it is more than just the impressive abdominals that make this Vanity Fair cover picture newsworthy. It is the black cap on Tiger's head, the cold, almost menacing look in his eyes and the lack of the famous Tiger smile. This picture of Tiger Woods is actually fear-provoking to look at. Tiger looks angry and certainly intimidating.

This picture of Tiger, which has not been seen before, was actually taken in January 2006. It shouldn't be too surprising that photos like this one begin to surface now that the secret sexual life of Tiger has unfolded before a world audience.

The story all began back in November right after Thanksgiving when a strange story appeared saying that Tiger Woods had been in a car accident in the early morning hours just outside his Florida home. From that small bit of news came word that he and his wife Elin had been arguing and that Tiger had facial injuries from the crash. Then the real news broke. Allegedly the argument was over another woman and text messages that Elin had found on Tiger's phone.

From there the story just spun very quickly as more women and more stories began to be unfurled in the press. It just got stranger as supposed affairs now range from multiple partners and parties to porn stars. All of this caused Elin to flee to Europe with the children and she was spotted there celebrating the New Year in the French Alps.

No one has seen Tiger since the night of the accident. There have multiple "Tiger-sightings" but no one has actual pictures of where he actually is. Rumors include that he has been on his private yacht "Privacy", that he is in Africa, in New York at the Trump towers and possibly in Arizona at a rehabilitation clinic.

Wherever Tiger Woods is, looking at this cover picture in Vanity Fair makes one question how Tiger would feel about seeing this particular picture. This is certainly not an image that anyone thought we would see on the cover of a magazine depicting the world's greatest golfer.
