Tiger Woods Voicemail Song: The Remixes, Parodies, and Spoofs Are All on YouTube Video

When Things Get Bad (And the Tiger Woods Scandal is Really Bad -- for Tiger), Sometimes You Just Gotta Laugh

Even Tiger Woods alleged cheating voicemail to Jaimee Grubbs isn't sacred anymore. To think that someone would take the hallowed institution of adultery (Grubbs herself couldn't believe that Tiger betrayed her and his wife!) and turn it into a Tiger Woods voicemail song/ remix/ parody! What gall! Needless to say, Woods' alleged voicemail to Grubbs, the reality show / marijuana shop waitress that came forward this week with the story that she had had a 31-month affair with the legendary golfer, has been made into a number of remix and spoof songs -- and the videos have become hits. From the Half Day Today's "Voicemail Slow Jam Remix" to the "Tiger Woods Christmas Song Parody," it's amateur hour all over the internet (and it's pretty funny stuff).

First, there's the slow jam remix of the Tiger Woods voicemail, the voicemail slowed and paused and placed counter to a smooth R&B rendering of Tiger's now famous removal request. Not too bad -- and it is getting a lot of views -- but it isn't the best.

There's a B96 FM (Chicago) remix that takes the Black Eyed Peas hit song, "I Gotta Feeling." "Tiger's been Cheatin'" is pretty good and tell's the story of the Tiger Woods scandal and sings about alleged details, like getting his "ass kicked" by his wife. If anything, this voicemail spoof is too short, but they let you know at the end that Tiger Woods still has Nike (now that he's lent a whole new meaning to the slogan "Just Do It").

Of them all, possibly the most humorous song is set to the music of "It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year." What the singer lacks in vocal talent, he makes up for in lyrical content. In this voicemail parody, "Tiger Woods Christmas Song Parody," the singer runs the listener through the entire scandal, including all the alleged mistresses, and includes some pointed but amusing commentary. From the moment he sings "He's the most unfaithful guy of the year," you just have to start smiling. By the time he sings, "He's the hor-, horniest golfer of all," you can't help but laugh outright. They even throw in the original Tiger Woods alleged voicemail at the end as a bonus while the credits roll.

And the voicemail parodies aren't the only spoofs, parodies, or jokes making the rounds. There's Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Jay Leno and all the other late night talk show hosts who can't let a good scandal go without joking about a driver or some "wood."

Commercials have even jumped into the mix. TMZ posted a spot made by a small airline company, Spirit Airlines, for their "Eye of the Tiger Sale" promotion depicting a tiger driving a vehicle that runs over a hydrant. Talk about your timely advertising.

Although it is doubtful he is finding life too amusing at the moment, what with all the allegations and insinuations and alleged silencing negotiations, hopefully Tiger Woods will some day be able to get as much humor out of this as everyone else seems to be.

While there's no denying ambitious and opportunistic women will be on the prowl, doesn't matter if it is mom, wife or mistress, let's not discount the fact that this is supposedly a grown man we are talking about. It does take 2 to tango! Can't believe he is so spineless and reckless. Spineless to stand up for what he wants and reckless in not thinking about how it would affect his family - especially his 2 young children. Even at this moment of truth, he is desperately buying the silence of women he has been involved with instead of owning up and taking ownership of his life and marriage ....like a MAN! People will be more forgiving and he can straighten out his life once and for all. Tida, are you listening? Tell your boy to do what is right for HIM and his family. You had him all these years. Give up!

Wow, they will keep this going forever. I hope Tiger Woods can get back to golf and maybe deflect some of the attention from all of this. But it sure doesn't seem like it, huh?
