How to tighten your butt or bottom? As we get older are bodies change in ways that we don't like. Are bodies start to get fat, flabby, wrinkly, and we age. It is a part of life we all go through. I will be twenty eight this month and I have lost my firm body that I have always had. I have started to force myself to exercise. I know that this is the last word we want to hear, exercise! However, it is a very true statement, exercise slows down the aging process and helps our bodies stay fit. In this article, I am going to concentrate on steps to firm your butt. This may be a subject that nobody wants to mention or admit. For those who need tips on firming your butt, this is a good article to read.

Feel or look at your bottom. Do you feel excess fat or flabby ness? If you can't tell, then have a supportive partner feel or look at your bottom to see if it needs to be firmed up a bit. Firming your bottom takes time, so stay patient while you are following these steps.

Check your weight and examine your pant sizes. Are you gaining weight? Could it be extra weight from your bottom? You may have noticed a change in your pant sizes. Are your pants tighter in the bottom area than normally? If you answered yes to these questions, then you need to exercise and tighten your bottom.

Record your weight progress. Recording your status on weight gain or lose will help you determine if the below steps are working correctly. Keep your skinny jeans to see if you can fit into them after your bottom workout is completed.

Flex your bottom in and out several times a day. I know this sounds very silly and if someone saw you performing this step, they would think that you were holding back gas. Flexing your bottom several times a day will help tighten your butt. Along with the following steps.

Find a set of stairs. At the bottom of the stair case, take one foot and place it on the second step. Now you are going to do quick steps up the first two stairs. Up and down the two steps, about 2 sets of twenty, will help you tighten your bottom. Do this every chance you can. I know exercise make some people just slip away. This is where the motivation and the consistency takes place. You need to stay motivated and consistent.

Find a wall to lean against. Lean up against the wall, now squat down, as if you were sitting in an imaginary chair. With your knees bent, back straight and hands off of your knees, hold this position for at least a minute. Do this as many times as possible through out the day. This will help tighten your butt. Stay patient with your progress. In a couple days your butt should feel a little sore and you will be able to notice a difference.
