In this TikiWiki tutorial, I am going to show you how to manage your surveys. In this tutorial, you are going to learn how to edit your surveys, view surveys you have already created, delete surveys, and more. To get started, you will need to load your TikiWiki CMS site and login to the admin section.

To manage your surveys, you will need to click the List Surveys link in the left column. Then you will need to click the name of the survey that you want to work with.

Editing Surveys in TikiWiki

To edit a survey, you will need to look in the action column, on the far right, and click the pencil and paper icon. When the page reloads, you will see the fields you seen when you first created the survey. Once you see that page, you can edit what you need. Then you will need to click the Save button again to save your changes.

Deleting Surveys in TikiWiki

If you need to delete surveys, you will need to click the title of the survey you want to delete if you are on the lists page. If you have already clicked the title of the survey you want to delete, you are on the right page. In the right column, with all the icons, you will need to locate the X and click it. Once you click the delete icon, your survey will be removed from your TikiWiki site.

Viewing Survey Stats in TikiWiki

You will again need to click the title of the survey you want to view the stats for. Once you are on that page, you can click the Stats icon in the Action column to see the stats for that survey. The stats icon looks like a graph icon. You can also place your mouse on the icons to see the names of them and you will find the stats icon.

Viewing Your Surveys in TikiWiki

To view a survey, you will need to click the name of the survey on the List Surveys page. Then you will need to click the name of the survey again once you are on that page. Your survey will then load and you will be able to view it.
