Tila Tequila Attacked at an Event Featuring the Insane Clown Posse (VIDEO)

Tila Tequila attacked at the annual "Gathering of the Juggalos" which featured headlining events such as ICP (Insane Clown Posse). While performing at Ladies Night along with Lil' Kim, Tila Tequila was attacked by a mob of angry juggalos.

The event was traumatic. There are many bloggers out there that seem to think that Tila Tequila is an annoyance, but didn't deserve the recent flogging. Margaret Grant at IndyPosted stated "I get that Tila Tequila can be annoying, but come on. That's no reason to pelt her with beer bottles and pee filled balloons."

Given the horrendous nature of the attack, it's also even more shocking that the entire thing was planned, and that the singer was even WARNED about a possible attack.

Still...I highly doubt that anyone would expect to be brutally attacked by a mob of clown-makeup wearing maniacs throwing poop, beer bottles, and bricks.

Tila spoke out to TMZ about the attack, stating "So then after the last blow to my head with the firecracker they threw at me exploded, my bodygaurd and the other security grabbed me and ran as fast as they could to the shitty trailor. Since their security SUCKS, the 2 thousand people ran after us, trying to kill me. They almost got me so they finally reach the trailor, blood all over myself, cant stop bleeding, then all of a sudden, all 2 thousand people surround the trailor and busts the windows!!! Even the guys INSIDE with me were shaking! Their hands were shaking cuz they were so scared! So 3 guys inside the trailor had to grab a table and push it over the broken windows and grabbed all the chairs they could find so hold the people from outside back."

Expect a lawsuit. Tila Tequila sued Shawne Merriman, an NFL player and her boyfriend at the time after he allegedly assaulted her. She later dropped the suit - but I don't expect her to drop any claims against the Gathering of the Juggalos or its promoters.

That being said, Tila should have used better judgement. When asked to be involved in this event, she should have read up on the crowd. Think about it - she doesn't fit into their whole vibe. She's far from anything you would EXPECT to see somewhere like that.

If something just doesn't make sense, you should think about any possible motives. These people want entertainment. Tila's pop-y Teenie Bopper lyrics are hardly the badass underground Indy music scene that the Juggalos promote. Next time, she should only book events that fit within her fan base.
