Tila Tequila disses Heidi Montag for her plastic surgeries, as shown in a video at RadarOnline.com. Among the many things that Tila Tequila, best known for A Shot at Love, says about Heidi Montag, best known for her role on The Hills, "She's gone overboard. I mean, her whole relationship is fake, her whole show is fake, her whole marriage was fake, everything about her was fake. I don't know her personality personally, but everything about her seems fake. So now it just makes sense that her whole face is fake."

Does it take a fake to know a fake?

Twenty-three-year old Heidi Montag had plastic surgeries in the past and recently had 10 more plastic surgery procedures at once. Among her many procedures were another nose job, large amounts of liposuction procedures which including neck liposuction and another boob job that gave her even bigger breasts.

The actress has had so many plastic surgeries that she no longer looks like the same person. Heidi Montag is fake according to Tila Tequila. However, is this just a case of the pot calling the kettle black? Tequila admits to having a boob job herself. In addition, some claim that Tila's relationship with Casey Johnson was just as publicity driven as Heidi Montag's relationship with Spencer Pratt.

Is Heidi Montag a bad influence on young girls and women?

Tila Tequila disses Heidi Montag, including accusing Montag of being a bad influence on young girls. Heidi is not the only celebrity that has changed their appearance drastically. Michael Jackson changed his skin color, the texture of his hair, his nose, his chin and more. Did Michael send the wrong message about physical appearance to young black boys?

Even if Montag is sending the wrong message to young girls, is it her job to be a role model? Doesn't she have the right to do whatever she wants to do to her body when it comes to plastic surgeries?

Although Heidi's claim to Good Morning America that she is not addicted to plastic surgeries is questionable, some plastic surgery patients would agree that once you get one procedure done, you often want more procedures. Add that to the fact that most plastic surgery procedures are not permanent. Go in for breast augmentation, and you'll be back after a number of years if you want your breasts to look the way they did the first time you got them augmented. Put Botox in your forehead and you'll be back for more if you don't want the lines to return. Montag will be a slave to plastic surgery for as long as she wants to maintain her look.

Tila Tequila disses Heidi Montag, but not everyone will listen to or respect Tila Tequila. However, others will weigh in on Heidi's plastic surgeries and many of those opinions, like Tequila's, will not be positive. If what Heidi is doing is contributing to a lack of positive self image in women, there is enough opinions and information out there to think about.

Why blame Heidi Montag? Why not blame the entire industry?

You may not need to have blond hair, but Hollywood continues to send out the image that thin women with tiny noses and big boobs are the ideal. Until that image changes, Montag is simply a symptom of the problem and not the problem.
