Tim Sexton, a Man of Uncommon Brilliance

Anne Bryant
Sometimes we get it, some times we don't. This morning, I have finally figured out why Tim Sexton is the top producer for Associated Content.

Every morning when I get up, the first thing I do is to attend to my correspondence. Immediately after that I cruise over to Associated Content to see what is new. I love AC. I love the wide variety of subject matter, and there are several writers that I follow on a daily basis. Sometimes, I even write something.

Several weeks ago, I wrote an article about liberals. Several days later, I got a comment from, a man named Jeff Musall. In that comment he told me that my article was amateurish and bemoaned the fact that I would dare to mention the "Monica and Bill" ordeal. It hurt my feelings. I didn't know this man and he insulted me. I decided that right then and there I would find out about him. I went to his content producer page and checked out what he was having to say. While I was on Jeff's page, I found Tim Sexton. Jeff was insulting and rude, but Tim was the master. I decided that I would bookmark their pages so that if I ever needed to say something really rude, I could use them for inspiration.

I read every single article that Tim had written and I came away both amazed and appalled. Now I check out his page every day. Like a voyeur, I find myself drawn to watch his behaviors unfold.

Being a little slow on the uptake, it took me several weeks to realize that I was probably adding a hundred page views for Tim every week. He spoke about getting a million views and I realized that I had probably given the last 200 of them. Tim Sexton is brilliant.

He writes the most inflammatory things that I have ever read and I go back daily to see who his next victim is. Tim is smart. If he makes you mad enough, you'll go to his page every single day to post comments and each time you do, he gets paid.

How funny is this? While Tim rails about capitalism he is one of the best at it. I believe that Tim could very well be a closet conservative. He writes nasty things about conservatives but I suspect that his behaviors do much more to help the conservative cause than they will ever do to hurt it. I believe that when people read Tim's articles they realize that anyone that doesn't agree with the liberal agenda is going to be attacked. Some of them are fine with that, but others begin to view the party as the Jeffrey Dahmer party. Agree with us, or we'll eat you.

I like to read Tim's articles and I hope that the GOP is paying him a fortune for chasing people away from the Democratic Party, he's doing a great job. I've got to go now. I'm going to see what Tim wrote today. He IS the ultimate model for capitalist ingenuity. Thanks Tim.

I don't know if he's a conservative or not...maybe I'm not supposed to know such things. But i know that I like Timothy Sexton..I like Jeff, too. Take this brother, may it serve you well...Veddy, veddy well!

I've known Tim for years, and while I find his strong feelings sometimes cause him to excesses of language I try not to use, I find his articles well thought out and informative. Unlike his detractors, his arguments are usually based on facts and clear reasoning. It's unfortunate that some people, particularly those proven to be factually challenged by Tim's acerbic writings, don't have the style or class to admit when they're wrong, and need to fall back on insults and innuendo. Add me as a fan.

I really have found it quite easy to ignore Sexton. He is just full of hot air and big words.

Tim's so vain, he probably thinks this article is about him.

Just swingin' by...and Jamie, if you ask nicely I will decipher the avatar for you...as for comments, I will be doing less as I get more busy, but it is fun to do...And Slasher, don't rail on Jim...at least he's a straight up guy, even if he is wrong..as for you and your "core values" that wouldn't allow you to get along with us morons, I will borrow an English phrase...piss off.

Hey Slash! Nice to hear from ya again! Don't be such a stranger!

Deez, if I had to choose one over the other, give me capitalism. At least I have an opportunity to live as I wish within my means.

I mostly ignore Sexton and Musall (whose avatar I will someday decipher). I don't know how Musall finds so much time to comment. Sexton has come out and said one of his secrets is that he hardly ever comments. But yes, outrage is a great way to get PVs.

Thanks Slasher. I'm getting used to the vitriol and insults. At first, they hurt my feelings, now I consider the sources.
