Research has proved that our body cells and tissues do most of their repair functions in deep sleep or the delta level of sleep. So if you are uncomfortable or your body cannot relax completely due to sagging or broken layers of foam or spring coils on your mattress, then you may feel tired or lack of sleep in the morning. If this continues than it may result in fatigue, less stamina, back ache and other problems.
To day the market is full of choices, basically there are three types of mattresses waterbeds, foam mattress and the spring coil mattress. If you are too busy than the Internet, then the World Wide Web is always there at your fingertips. But if you have the time, then do visit the local stores. Many times what you may see is not what exactly you may get. So it is better to see for yourself what you want in your house.
