Time is a Memorial

Celeste St. John

Time is a memorial etched in numbers on a clock

Memorium is the key and remembrance is the lock

I return to this place You have drawn me to be

So I can remember just how much You mean to me

I think of when I was just a twinkle in Your eye

I was walking between the dawn and twilight in the starry sky

I often find myself sitting on Your lap sitting on a cloud

And our silence speaks volumes, Your whispers are so loud

Your arms are so embracing Your hands are so warm

And You keep me steady into You enduring any storm

I love the way You love; No other can compare

No thing can make me feel so safe and secure as Your care
