Time is Not on Your Side

Time Annoys Everyone, and Scientists Just Make Things Worse

Robert Guinn
Do you wear a watch? Most of us do, so we can tell what time it is. We do this to remember when where supposed to be places, to tell how long a meeting will last, and to know how long till dinners ready. Time is a big part of everyone's life; it governs us, and controls us. You have heard the term managing your time wisely, well in reality it manages you. But time in general is an irritating subject, time lines, theory of time travel and talk about the existence of time, it's just too much!

Everything exists on time lines, or at least according to our teachers and scientist it does. You look at a model of the history of Egypt or Rome and there it is, the time line. Time is not made up of lines people! Look at the facts, history repeats itself, the human race never gets anywhere, and clocks are more often then not round. So it stands to reason that time is not made up of lines but rather made up of circles! History and facts don't lie

Now Einstein came up with the formula for time travel E=mc2. the energy needed for time travel is the mass of the object multiplied by something then double the something and add X plus who cares! It seems like a lot of energy for a whole lot of nothing. Time travel will never happen like you see Michel J. Fox do in that movie. You can't go back and fourth will nilly! The universe is at steak here and you just don't go messing with stuff like that, who knows what kind of horrible future some jerk could throw us into. And besides every time you go back you'll have to kill yourself over and over again, and that can't be any fun, well for most of us it's not any fun.

Have you ever heard these people say things like "There is no time" "Time is an illusion" "Time does not exist" bull dude! Tell my boss time doesn't exist, I tried and failed. Time is here and all around us period. I have to be at a meeting at six o clock then I had better be there at six on the dot. My girlfriend expects me at eight; I'm in the dog house otherwise. I mean come on, if time is non-existence then what's the use of my alarm clock? The discussions that men in the scientific community have about time is just plain ridiculous, why don't they all get together and find a solution for global warming, or the energy crisis, that might do us some good.

Scientist annoy us anyways with their ideas about time in the past and time in a universal state. Take a look at their proposed ages of our world compared to the universe. They make no sense! The Earth is getting older by the predictions and the Universe is getting younger, what the heck!? I can see why many people turn to religion for the answer, because it's about a hundred times simpler, we were all created and put here at the same time, simple, and easy. Wait; why do these scientists even care about the age of the Earth and Universe, time doesn't exist remember?

Have you ever seen that painting of the famous "Melted Clocks" another work of modern art and time I just dont seem to grasp. But lets face facts time is here and it's going to stay. Yes it really stinks but there is nothing we can do about it, except abide by its rules. We have clocks to tell us when to be places and watches to do it on the go. So don't be a clock watcher and get out of the house and on with your life, because time stands still for no one.

Nice article. There never is enough time to do what you want when you actually want to do it.

Very intriguing piece. You reminded me how much I hate time and how there is never enough time in the day to get things done.
