Timothy Sexton's Person of the Year 2010: Bradley Manning

Timothy Sexton
Some dude who created a way to make it easier for perverts and freaks to gain access to, shall we say, less than intellectually gifted young boys and girls is picked by Time Magazine as their Man of the Year. Of course, this is the same periodical that chose outgoing Russian President Vladimir Putin as Man of the Year just a few days before Benazir Bhutto's assassination completely changed the playing field in Pakistan. I'm going to take the opportunity on January, 2010 to start a new tradition.

The Timothy Sexton Person of the Year.

And that person is Bradley Manning, the finest soldier America may well have ever produced.

While ABC News (Fox Lite) produced nothing less than a hatchet job on Wikileaks founder Julian Assange by interviewing only those who have reason to hold a grudge against Assange and refusing to air any portion of an interview with someone who might well have something positive to say about him, the real hero of the Wikileaks "scandal" sits in jail. The very same place that George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Condi Rice and everyone involved in the disgustingly anti-American experience known collectively as Abu Ghraib should be rotting until death overtakes them far too long from this day. The very people who corrupted everything that America stands for go free and make millions of dollars on their war profiteering while Bradley Manning, the most incredibly genuine American patriot to come out of the entire sick and sordid and illegal invasion of the Middle East by America waits in a jail to stand before hypocrites and receive his court martial.

I salute Bradley Manning and Julian Assange for all they have done in the name of what is truly American: stating ugly truths about an imperialist government. But Julian Assange would be nothing with the patriotic acts of Bradley Manning.

And that is why Bradley Manning is the recipient of the inaugural honor-however slight and meaningless it may be-of being Timothy Sexton's Person of the Year for 2010.

How unfortunate that those two other more famous and far less deserving Mannings are millionaires, while the greatest Manning in America is going to become a prisoner of the Far Right still in charge of America.

Change we need, indeed. The irony cuts like a knife.

Funny that Gordon D (notice he's too much of a coward to use his full name) considers this article to be written by someone who is sick. What that tells me about Mr. D (the chicken) is that he favors suppression of the First Amendment, prefers a form of government in which the military is allowed to freely engage in any behavior whatever without being held in check by laws and that he thinks Condi Rice is attractive enough to pass as a woman. Now that's truly sick.

Timothy Sexton is one sick individual. My only wish that he wakes up one morning in the Soviet Union or red China to live out of the rest of his life there. We live in the greatest nation the world has ever seen, but you can lead to a jackass to water but you can make the jackass drink.
This tell me a lot when Yahoo when they pick an Un-American like Timothy Sexton, and he was chosen as Associated Content's first Content Producer of the Year from over 50,000 eligible writers. To the editors of Yahoo, I salute you Comrades.
After reading this scrap, I will use Google in the future.
