When my husband and I purchased the Keurig Coffee Maker (please see my reviews on Associated Content) we had originally ordered the coffee through them. We later discovered that you can order the KCup coffee from anywhere. We decided to try Timothy's Coffee online store. What a pleasant experience I have had when dealing with this website. Not only is the website user friendly, the customer service representatives are user friendly too! Let me explain.

When I started ordering from Timothys.com I wasn't sure I was going to be happy with the experience so I only ordered one box of K cups. When I realized how simple it was and how quickly I received my order, I decided to order from them again. Only this time I placed a much bigger order. When placing this bigger order I decided to sign up and become a member of "My Timothy's Club." By joining you can get special pricing if you have "recurring orders." I decided to have a recurring order every other month. My husband drinks so much coffee this was going to be perfect for him. We would never have to worry about forgetting to order his coffee again. It would automatically be sent to us every other month and the cost would be deducted from my checking account. I was saving almost $10 by doing the recurring orders.

Well, the first recurring worked out great. I saw my savings right away and we received our coffee right away. It wasn't until our second recurring order that we experienced a problem. I saw that the money was deducted from my checking account and it was more than I thought was supposed to be taken out. I was missing the $10 savings. Then on top of that, I never received the coffee! Uh oh. This was not a good sign. I called Timothy's Coffee right away and spoke to a customer service representative named Melissa. She tracked my order and saw that it was delivered. Well, this was not the case. It might have been delivered but not to me. She looked into further but there was no way of knowing where it was delivered since it didn't have to be signed for. Well, thankfully, she believed me when I told her I never received it and she sent me a new order, no questions asked. This time I had her deliver it to my house so it wouldn't get lost again.

I never thought to ask her about why the discount wasn't deducted. I think I forgot about that part because I was so upset about not receiving the coffee. Well, I received the new order and that was the end of that. Until my next recurring order was processed. Well, here again I noticed that the money was deducted from my checking account, only this time it did reflect the $10 savings. I was so confused. The other thing was thing was that I didn't need all this coffee so soon since my last order came late. I had to call Melissa again.

When I called Melissa and told her the new situation, she was able to credit me back the new order or coffee and cancel the shipment. When I asked her about why the second recurring order didn't reflect the discount, she explained that the discount was originally for first time recurring orders only but so many people called to complain that the company decided to extend the discount to all recurring orders. She then told me she would be crediting my second recurring order to reflect the discount. I was so appreciative because she didn't really have to do this for me. This was a sign of a great company with great customer service who treat their customers the right way. This is the reason I will be sticking with Timothy's World Coffee online for all of my future coffee orders.

What I like so much about this website was that it was extremely user friendly. Sometimes you can go on these websites and not no what to do. This one was so clear. A simple sign in page prompts you at the beginning of your visit. Once you sign onto your account, you can see all the detailed information about your orders. You can fix your billing and shipment information with the touch of a button. You can see all of the different coffee choices they have to offer.

I highly recommend this website www.Timothys.com for all of your coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate needs. You can request a catalog as well if you would like. I can't wait until my next order comes.
