The information I am providing you here is from a 4 OZ brown-wrapper, run of the mill Tina's beef and bean frozen burrito. I eat them regularly and have for a long time but as you'll see, it is a good idea to eat healthier things during the day as well.
Calories: 290! 90 of those calories are from fat alone.
Total fat: 10 grams, which is 16% of the recommended daily value. 4 grams of that is saturated fat, and Tina's burritos contain no Trans fat.
Cholesterol: 10 milligrams, which is 3% of our recommended daily intake.
Sodium: 440 milligrams, or 18% of our recommended daily dosage. That's a lot of salt, folks.
Carbohydrates: 36 grams, which is 12% our recommended daily intake.
Dietary Fiber: 6 grams, or 23% our daily intake recommendation.
Sugars: 2 grams, so they are not a significant source of that, at least.
Protein: 11 grams, which is surprisingly good.
Vitamins: Tina's frozen burritos contains no Vitamin A or Vitamin C, only 4% of our daily dose of calcium, but a whopping 25% of our recommended daily iron. As per the norm, all these numbers are based on the common 2,000 calorie diet. Of course, your personal dietary needs may be wildly different.
