Tinkyada Gluten Free Spaghetti Noodles - One of the first things to go when you have wheat and gluten allergies is pasta! No more pasta, because it's made from what? GLUTEN! But wait, all hope is not lost thanks to a number of new pastas on the market, one of which is, Tinkyada Gluten Free Spaghetti Noodles. These are the best noodles I have found so far, and as we all know, gluten free foods are not readily available at most local markets. These noodles were referred to me as being the best noodles on the market that were gluten free, because they do not fall apart or get pastey like other gluten free noodles do.
My findings were this, the noodles when fully cooked did not fall apart at all! Just like the lady who told me about them said, they do not fall apart like other gluten free noodles. You'll understand that more when you read my other articles on other pastas that do fall apart. The noodles were tender, not mushy, flavorful, and oh so very good!
Tinkyada Spaghetti Noodles are not cheap. They cost around $4.00 for a 16 ounce package of noodles, but if you are allergic to gluten, but want spaghetti, or Alfredo, or other pasta dishes, then you want these noodles, and believe me after trying them, you too I'm sure will say, they are worth every penny! I honestly cannot tell that they are not wheat noodles except for the fact they don't make me sick!
Tinkyada is made with stone - ground brown rice, rice bran, and water. You can visit their web site at, Tinkyada, and get some awesome recipes, as well as see other products they carry.
They state on their package that they only make foods from rice to avoid cross contamination with other grains. So you are guaranteed that there is no wheat, or other grains that contain gluten! It's also Kosher Certified too!
