It is also important for those who have problems with sleeping at night to always have a good deal of fresh air in the bed room. Also try to relax as much as possible and keep the mind free from worry and the concerns of the day. Reading something light before bed or listening to some soft soothing music may also be helpful in restoring a better night sleep. As a last resort you could always try counting sheep.
There are some individuals who are so tired and worn out that they start to experience palpitations of the heart, headaches, backaches, and numerous other disorders.
