Use Substitution
When you have a craving for something not particularly healthy for your body, use the law of substitution. If you sit their and try to ignore it, it may be harder and even get worse with time. However, if you substitute it for something else, then it is easier that way. For one, it takes your mind off it. For two, it lets more time go by. For three, you're no longer hungry after words. Even some healthy foods will eliminate your craving for those that are healthy do to their nutritional elements. Therefore, whenever you have a craving for a piece of cake, go and eat an apple. Use Healthy Ingredients
Due to the large variety of foods the earth and humans produce, not having other healthier options is unreal. You're favorite foods such as sweets, candy, ice cream and the like can be made healthy, but you must use healthier ingredients. How would it be like to be eating something that tastes like a chocolate fudge sundae without any of the harmful ingredients? How would it be like to eating something that tastes pretty much like a hamburger but you're really getting the health of vegetables? When you make ideal foods this way, you'll assure you are eating healthy and at the same time getting the best of both worlds.
Care about Your Health
What I personally think is one of the main causes of people not eating healthy is they care about what others think more than their selves. Your life is more important than what your friends, family, or anyone else thinks. You don't want to kill yourself just because you're worry about what other people think of you. When you're 80 you'll still be up and running enjoy the necessities of life, but others who do not develop the necessary eating habits may have problems before their forty. Therefore, take care of yourself, only you will be with yourself all of your life, so treat it as the most important.
