Taking care of kid's health is the prime duty of every parents, and healthy eating, healthy foods, healthy diet and healthy habits inculcating these healthy habits in right in childhood is even more essential. Prevention is better than cure. So let us cover the healthy tips for kids.

Tips# 1 Brushing (teeth) habit to keep your child healthy
Brushing (teeth) twice a day should be inculcate in your child's mind from his or her early age to keep their dental hygiene and mouth clean. Brushing teeth before and after diet or food prevents kids from many dental troubles.

Tips # 2 Washing hands
Washing hands with soap and warm water thoroughly after going to toilet, before and after having food is a healthy habit. Every time your child is exposed to dirt, and external elements washing hand with soap and warm water is a healthy habit, which prevents infection to your child. Children don't like to wash , but as a parent we have to help them to get used with this habit. Children after playing at play grounds or parks should wash hands and legs to remain healthy.

Tips # 3 Healthy eating
Healthy eating and healthy diet cum nutrition food plays very crucial part in the over all growth and healthy life of your kid. From my experience I found every child likes to eat junk foods, sealed food, road side foods instead having it at home. Healthy eating is the key to healthy life for your kids. Provide them with whole some grain, milk, green vegetables, leafy vegetables, eggs, green and fresh salads, dals, for a healthy and nutrition healthy eating. Balanced diet is the key to keep your children healthy and fit.

Children are less protective compare to adults, so make a habit to your children to use tissue paper or handkerchiefs before sneezing.

Tips # 5
For sound health of your child, he or she should intake plenty of water and other fluids. They should be provided with plenty of fresh fruit juice to keep them healthy and fit. Children love play and they loose vital fluids in summer. So make your kids habituated to have orange juice , fresh lime and other seasonal fruits juice. Therefore fluids help kids to gain the lost fluids in sun as well as vitamins C and B.

Sleep plays is vital aspect to child growth and wellness. So as a parent you should make them go to bed early in the evening.

Children have a habit to climb on bed or sofa without washing legs. Beds can harbor millions of dust mites that nourish on the dull skin cells that everyone sloughs off while they snooze. Dust mites may be one of the most common sources of year-round allergies and asthma.
