Carbohydrates contained in honey and brown sugar improves acne and other conditions by eliminating toxins from the body. Of course eight glasses of water should always be included in our diet everyday to promote hydration of the skin. Fatty acids, contained in foods such as salmon, canola oil, flaxseed, and walnut, are critical in the absorption of nutrients and the removal of toxins from the body. Removal of toxins will improve the outer appearance of the body.
