The most important thing that you must always keep in mind is your feelings. Your feelings when walking, standing, or doing any activity is a response from your body. What your body is telling you is that you have come close to or gone over your limit. Some people ignore it for the sake of duty or ambition towards a goal. This is not a very intelligent thing to practice, because it goes against your own body. Pain is a sensor to alert you to a problem like an appendix, chest pain, arm pain, limb, left side of body pain, the head and the abdominal. Each of those areas could lead to serious repercussions such as heart attack, stroke, appendicitis, broken bone, or ulcer. Not all problems can be ignored. In the case of back pain, it could be from a variety of issues such as a bladder infection, Cancer and other ailments.

Pain the feet can be from Achilles tendinitis or a fallen arch. Do not forget that all your nerve endings are located in your feet which may tell a doctor what is going on inside you. Your knees and hips may hurt, because your cartilage has worn away due to arthritis. In these cases, knee and hip replacement may need to be done. Doctors may give you a high dosage of Motrin, Acetaminophen, or Aspirin to temporarily numb the pain. Tins Units are also used or physical therapy to control the pain. A large needle of steroids can be injected in the area of pain, but some may need it more than others to keep the pain away. Licensed herbalists have medicine to take down swellings, and slowly take away the pain to the injured part. Be sure to keep in mind that pain is a signal to tell you when to stop what you are doing. As soon as you feel discomfort you should slow down.

It is alright to give yourself a rest whenever you need it. Do not feel pressured to keep up with your friends or family energy levels. Do not feel inadequate or ashamed of the pain you are in. Be thankful that you do have the ability to get up and around even if it is for a short while. There are people out there who wish to be in your shoes to move about. You are the only one living inside your body, so you must take care of it. When you ignore your body's alert system, your problem will only get worse guaranteed. The more pressure you put on the area it will weaken to the point where you will need help. Pain is a very emotional problem like a monsoon during a St. Patrick's parade. It is not normal, so you must do something about it.

It may be hard to accept help, but people are only trying to be kind. Your job is to be kind to your body to reduce the amount of help you may need. It has been said by experts that back pain could be the result of the body being off balance. Orthotic or Orthopedic shoes can help the feet and the back. A heating pad on high can relax the muscle that are tense in the back or take away the inflammation. Muscle rub, Aspirin cream, and Icy Hot can give temporary heat to the spot in pain. Vick's Vapor Rub can also remove inflammation and give relief to your painful spot. Some people use back, ankle, knee and wrist braces to keep that part steady when doing normal tasks. Do not be afraid of using a fancy cane if your balance is off due to your back. Talk to your doctor about your situation to get the items and medicine you need to live a pleasant life.
