Tips for Improving Your Dating Confidence

Everyone needs it. If you don't have it, you're a pushover. If you have too much of it, you're pompous or bitchy. So what is the middle ground when it comes to dating? How do you find the right combination without having to spend years with trials and errors which could cost your misses or mister right?

Confidence comes down to one thing; how much you trust yourself. It's not about making someone feel smaller so you can feel better, or feeling like your level is higher than anyone else's. You also shouldn't put your feelings in check so you can make someone else feel better about themselves. Confidence is believing in yourself no matter what anyone says or thinks about you.

There are thousands of people out there who are looking for that magic key to increasing self confidence. It doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman, young or old or what your physical appearance may be. If that's the case for you, you've come to the right place. I'm going to give you a couple of confidence boosters that are sure to turn you into the person that you want to be.

Keep your posture straight. Nothing says unconfidence like a person who slouches over at the shoulders. When you straighten your back you are also holding your head up high and walking with your chest out. This alone will tell people that you are a person who respects themselves. Go look in a mirror and over exaggerate a poor posture. Now straighten it up. Can you see the difference? Keeping your posture correct will make you feel and seem like you're more in charge.

Smile, and then smile again. You can't underestimate the power of your smile. A smile says that no matter what is going on, I'm still ok. It allows you to give a quick boost to your confidence and let everyone one around you know that you are approachable. Now this doesn't mean that you walk around with a crazy grin on your face and say cheese to everyone you meet. Treat your smile like a cautiously guarded weapon. Release it ever so slightly and at just the right moment for maximum effectiveness.

When you meet someone you like, flash a casual smile at them to let you know that you are somewhat interested in meeting them. No need to approach them at that moment, you just made initial contact and let them know there will be a future meeting between both of you.

It's important to make sure you keep your teeth healthy and white. Your smile is key when it comes to boosting your confidence. A healthy smile is a winning smile.
