Certainly hitting the gym, eating a good portion of veggies regularly, and even getting plastic surgery can make you look better. But what else can you do that doesn't require going under the knife, too much work or sacrificing the fatty foods? There are many options actually.

To get on the road to looking younger and more vibrant you'll need; an intimate partner, good dental hygiene, a good posture, massages on a regular basis, SPF lotion, grapefruit-scented perfume and pigs' feet, yes I said pigs' feet.

For starters having sex regularly stimulates the production of human growth hormones, which reduce fatty tissue and increases your lean muscles, consequently leading to a more youthful appearance. As a matter of fact, research reveals that people who have sex no less than three times a week look ten years younger than people who don't.

It is very important to take care of your teeth. Brush them at least a couple of times a day, floss no less than once a day and get your teeth cleaned every semester. Also make sure to get an annual dental checkup

For girls it is recommended to dab a bit of grapefruit juice behind your ears. Studies have shown that the scent that pink grapefruit has makes men under-calculate women's age by an average of six years. I know! All the ladies should definitely get some.

Having a good posture says a lot body language wise. By standing up straight you can make yourself look years younger and pounds thinner. Having a good posture also allows your nerve cells in the spine to work more efficiently which boosts your energy by 70%. This will give you the energy to get up and go, just like a younger person does.

Always drink water throughout the day, as much as possible. Drinking a good amount of water allows all organs to function at their maximum efficiency and it also hydrates the skin cells plumping them up, and keeping your skin smoother looking.

Trim your facial hair regularly. For a woman, this means to fill overly-plucked eyebrows, thin eyebrows are actually aging. For a man, this means that you should shave off that aging beard, mostly if your beard comes out with a salt and pepper visual effect. Lastly, please trim those nose and ear hairs, no one likes to see these hairs poking out.

Wearing more color is also a good way to boost your look. I know it is common knowledge that back gives a slimming effect to the body, but at a certain age black color is also aging unfortunately.

Staying on top of jewelry trends is a very simple way to stay younger looking.

It's always good to spoil yourself, so if your budget allows it get a massage on a regular basis. Massages stimulate the secretion of anabolic hormones which are known to help reverse aging. If your budget doesn't allow the massages, have your intimate partner give you a massage and you can do the same for them. Look for free massage tutorials videos online so you have an idea of what you're doing.

Something that I have to add but might be a tough one to follow is eating pigs' feet. Japanese culture believes that this not so appealing food help to bring out beautiful and youthful skin because it's packed with collagen.

Also, Wear SPF on your face on a daily basis to help prevent wrinkles. Don't forget to include your neck and hand because nothing says "old" like a wrinkled and saggy neck and aged-spotty hands.
