1.) Buy more than one pair of gym shoes or (sneakers), so you can change up as often as necessary because your feet will sweat.
2.) Next thing to do is to make sure you wash your feet everyday, and even soak them in some baking soda to eliminate the odor.
2.) If you only have one pair of gym shoes you must wash them often and put some foot powder inside them before you wear them.
3.) As soon as you get home take them off so they can air out, when you ware them all day your feet will also sweat a lot.
4.) You must use baking soda to kill the odor, even with the smelliest feet's this will eliminate the bad odor from your sneakers,
baking soda will adsorb the odor and make your sneakers odor free.
5.) Another product that works pretty well is odor eaters a little expensive but, it's worth it you can buy this at Walgreen's or osco drug store.
6.) Wear clean white socks, if you wear white socks put some bleach in them when you wash them.
Remember if your feet is not clean it will make the shoes smell more you' don't want the odor to get into your shoes. If you get them wet that's even worst, if that happen just wash them right away. Sometimes your gym shoes is just to old and you need to throw them out and get new ones, when they're really old no matter how many times you wash them they will smell so, get some new gym shoes and make sure you put the baking soda in them everyday and try not to wear them everyday as well. It's best to wear them with white socks, because dark socks will hold more odor, make sure to buy cotton socks so they can absorb the moisture inside your gym shoes.
Some powders just makes your shoes smell even worst so, make sure it's foot powder that you're using opposed to regular powder which doesn't have any odor in them. Two pair of gym shoes would be a good start, or course, the more you have the better because wearing the same ones all the time will cause bad a odor. One thing you don't won't and that is to be setting next to someone when your shoes are smelling, or out on a date at a movie theater when this happens. Buy some good soap for your feet as well, one that have a good smell but, not to much perfumes in it like, dial or a bar of ivory will help because there's no perfumes in it, perfumes tend to make your feet smell worst and you don't want to try to cover the smell up with perfumes and colognes, make sure you soak your feet at least twice a week that should kill most foot odors.
When your feet is clean and fresh you will feel more confidence when around others with no embarrassing odors.
